Trip of the Month Raffle

Description

Rules

1. There will be one drawing each month beginning in September, normally the third Monday of each month.
2. Ticket price is $150 cash, check, credit card, or online purchase at https://choteaulions.club.
3. Monthly winners will be able to select a Main Connection Travel $2,500 trip voucher for a trip of their choice. The trip must be booked through Main Connection Travel. If the winner does not wish to travel, they may choose a $1,500 cash award.
4. Winners need to inform Main Connection Travel within 60 days of the date of their award letter if they wish to use the travel voucher or take the cash prize.
5. Winners who choose the $2,500 travel voucher will have one year to use the voucher. A time extension may be allowed with joint agreement of Main Connection Travel and the Choteau Lions Club. The travel will be used for one trip. It cannot be split up for multiple trip use.
6. If a winner chooses the $2,500 travel voucher and circumstances change and it can’t be used during the one-year period, a $1,500 cash award may still be available.
7. All booking dates are subject to availability.
8. Winners may not sell or transfer their trip prize without approval of the Choteau Lions Club.
9. If the cost of travel chosen by the winner exceeds $2,500, additional costs will be the responsibility of the trip winner. If the cost of travel chosen by the winner is less than $2,500, neither Main Connection Travel nor Choteau Lions will be responsible for any cash difference to the winner.
10. If the winner wishes to use the travel voucher for airfare only, there will be a fee of $250 to Main Connection Travel and the value of the voucher will be $2,250.
11. In case of any dispute, all decisions by the Choteau Lions Club are final.
